Am surprised he is bothering coming in at all this week.
To be honest a couple of days less of his training might improve the performance on Sunday.
That said I expect a stroll where Newcastle score a couple and then the game just plays out at walking pace.

The season ends in less than a week anyway. Some might say it ended 3 months ago. What is the point?

I've heard (don't ask), that he's teaming up with Robson Green for a new fishing challenge TV program?

Re: Fat oaf gives under-performing oafs a two day break...
Almost certainly because he needs the time off himself.

Dubai is the same, he gets to make some money on some after dinner speaking and bit of time with his mates Keyes and Gray.

Either he'll be doing media work or (hopefully) job interviews over the next few days.

Whatever the bovine berk does will make fuck all difference. We are a team that's scored just 5 goals in our last 10 games, and only 1 in 5 away, so the Geordies shouldn't have too much trouble in disposing of us.

" Hello David,Sam here, eh Mark and I were wondering if you could find time for a chat in the next couple of days, with the players being away."
"Hold on Sam,I'll just check with the missus.( loud conversation)Dear, have I got any spare time for Sam and Mark in the next couple of days?"
"Afraid not,David. You have six appointments with different football managers lined up. And I've got no fish heads in the freezer."
"Sorry,Sam,did you hear that? Looks like we'll have to postpone that meeting until after Sunday's match. What was that,Jack, Rafa's on the other line? Sorry Sam,got to go now."

The injury thing is an interesting one too.

Was listening to TALKSPORT on Sunday and they rattles off Swansea's injury list, some of which are reasonably long standing.

There was about 7 players on there, ALL of which would get a place in our match day 17.

We have Carroll and Sakho and have occasionally not had 2 of our 3 centre backs out and Nolan had a run out but we were good then.

So, surely the question is why have we got such a threadbare squad? Fatty has had four years and he seems to literally have 15 players max he's prepared to use. A few of which can't all play at the same time.

An indictment of our transfer approach until Sullivan took it on and since.

It also struck me that had we won we certainly wouldn't have been in the pitch, why would, the season is still one of abject disappointment.

The thing with Hugh is he does puts quotes in, so either someone has tricked him in to thinking he's ITK or he genuinely gets this info off someone.

Otherwise surely the club would tell him to belt up?

Buster.. Spot on! However, the lardarse has unfinished business with em, wouldn't surprise me if we nicked a one nil win up there.
